My mother and I went to grab dinner on Saturday night and had the most outstanding service I have ever received. Our server Kevin did an amazing job and took very good care of us, recommended us some of his favorite meals, kept the chips salsa and bean dip coming and didn’t let our drinks run low! S
First time visit & I went with a group of 10 other ladies. The restaurant does not take reservations for groups but if you go when the doors open, they have an area at the back that is convertible to accommodate a large group.

Serrano's sat 18 of us last night in the long room on East side and everyone of us was served a very good meal in a very reasonable period of time. The salsa and bean dip is so good with chips. Great job!

Service was great. Instead of seating us and pretending we don't exist like some places do, we actually had a great experience with the service here.
As for the alcoholic drinks, they only had 2 alcohol menu's in the restaurant, but that wasn't really a problem, as they were able to get one for us

Chicken fajitas were good, the texture of the chicken wasn’t as good as I would’ve liked but I’m extremely picky with texture, otherwise the flavor was great! Might try the steak fajitas next time instead. Service was excellent and nice atmosphere.
