First time here, and the biggest question was if it was all the hype? Well, let me start with the star of the show... the burger. I got the #doubledouble, and it was very tasty.
The cheese tasted like government cheese. If you know, you know I'm not really a fan of the fries 😕. They are freshly made, but tbh if you're not getting them, animal style, it will take a special palette to adjust. The texture is almost like cardboard, but in a weird way, I couldn't stop eating them. I am a sucker for potatoes 🤷♂️
Overall, I will definitely be back and recommend for a great Burger at a reasonable price worth every bite.

We did the drive thru. It took about 25 minutes to get through the line. I recommend going in, since it might be faster. Got the double animal style, fries and a shake. Solid.

In-N-Out has consistency down to a science. Every time I go there the food is the same as it was before. And that's great, because it's always fresh and delicious. Their customer service is on-point as well. Great job everyone.
My wife has celiacs disease. She CANNOT have gluten, wheat, soy, it'll put her in the hospital. Well, we've gone here 2 nights in a row, no issues. The manager is so nice, knows what she's talking about, and gave us outstanding service. This is uncommon, especially with having celiacs and my wife being able to eat burgers and fries. I'm so blessed and thankful for them taking their time and preparing with caution, love, and being so careful. Thank you IN AND OUT, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU.
Totally go animal, I'm from east coast never had before. Very unique experience had a long wait but worth it. Not a fan of the milkshake.
We are from the east coast, and always stop at In-and-Out when we go to Phoenix. Sooooooo good.
Always squeaky clean! No long wait. Yummy burger and crispy hot fries. Really reasonable compared to competitors too. Did you know you can order "protein burger"? Basically a burger wrapped in cold crispy lettuce leaves. Perfect for those watching weight. Note* drive through always jammed but park and dash in for great fast inexpensive meal.
Fresh ingredients really do make a good burger, but they don't make up for the lack of flavor. I really did enjoy the fries, better than Shake and Steak, but not as craving as McDonald's. Would agree this is a good burger joint.

Up to you to decide, but I would've rather pay the extra for that burger place that gives you peanuts. If you know you know.
Consistent quality food and service, although the cleanliness is hit or miss depending on how busy it is, this visit was one of the least clean I have seen, wrappers and paper on the floor, tables needed sanitizing, lemonade mixer was not working.
