Stopped on a whim and glad we did. Not much to look at but great, friendly service and good food makes this a place to revisit. Started off with wife's waffle. Large, hot, fresh and nice crunchy edges with a soft middle. My 2 eggs over medium were perfectly cooked, the sausage links were good, potato pancakes (something you don't see often) were done perfectly and toast. Now we need to go back for the hash browns and hash.
Amazing home style comfort foods. The new guy they have cooking (Pat) is such an amazing asset to the company. He is friendly and can definitely cook work definitely recommend if looking for a Home Style meal whether it's breakfast, Brunch or even Lunch absolutely amazing grilled breakfast/Snack Muffins with butter
Adorable cozy place right on the main drag. Food was delicious! My friend really loved the coffee and couldn't stop raving about it. She got the Charlie's Golden Dream Duo. It looked amazing! She enjoyed it very much. I got the the Chuck Norris and everything was fresh, hot, and filling BUT the BEST part of the whole meal were the potato pancakes!!! I could have eaten 10 of them. Not to mention reasonably priced. 10/10 would go back.
First time here and loved it. Friendly staff, plenty of seats (it was a Tuesday morning though 😉), and the coffee is excellent!
I always either order something comforting and familiar or try something new that I wouldn't necessarily make.at home. My dining companion @Melissa Powell, chose the comfort route with the "Chuck Norris". Two eggs, two sausage, two bacon, toast, and two pancakes. She subbed in French toast.
I went with something new, Chuck's Golden Duo, two poached eggs on top of spinach and bacono syrup available!!
Pancake was okay (I suspect from a mix) but it was huge and fluffy. Real butter and maple syrup partially redeemed it.
We.both loved our choices and would return again to try more of the fairly large menu.
Lunch and dinner offers looked good too.
Went here recently. It’s been over 9 months since the last time I went. I saw a sign stating “under new management.” I was very happy with my service and food was great! I ate EVERYTHING on the plate including my coffee! Fast service, very nice staff. I would absolutely come here again!
My brother and I met up for breakfast before I left NH. The food was great and service was good.
Stopped in for breakfast 12/23 with my mom. I ordered the Irish Omelette with cheddar cheese which was great. They make the hash so it's shredded corned beef not the stuff from the can. Don't get me wrong I like the canned stuff but it can make your eggs taste like they've been swimming in grease. Mom ordered the sausage gravy with scrambled eggs. She loved it (almost finished the whole plate) They do a great job considering they're short staffed since the world got turned upside down, I look forward to the next day off so I can get some delicious french toast....
We are new to the area and we loved the neighborhood feeling in Charlie's Dinner. The food was good, good quantity, great price and friendly server. Have been back and plan to be back from time to time.
