Buckley's Great Steaks

Friends treated us to dinner at Buckley's, and all aspects of the meal were great. It was my first ever time to try oysters on the half shell - they were lucious little tastes of heaven. Why oh why hadn't I ever tried these before? My wife had the Mushroom Risotto which she loved. It was a large amount which she eagerly finished the next day. I had the meat loaf withe carrots, mashed potatoes, and a brown gravy. The loaf and carrots were excellent, and the potatoes were okay. I had a sangria which was not overly sweet and had a unique, deep flavor. It was a delightful meal with good friends and excellent service.

This place was absolutely amazing. We had reservations and got right in. The atmosphere was great. Drinks were superb along with the appetizer. The steaks we got were mind-blowing and perfectly cooked. Our server Joe was attentive and fantastic. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon.

I have wanted to go here for years and finally had the opportunity. I was NOT disappointed. I was with a group of six. We had reservations. We where seated promptly upon arrival, our waitress Jennie C was Awesome super attentive, accommodating, and helpful! The food was cooked perfectly, and the prime rib I had was huge and cooked to perfection. If you’re looking for a great meal with excellent atmosphere and outstanding service, look no further. Pleasant dining experience, but I wouldn’t come again. The only reason for me to say so is the food, it it way too overpriced. My scallops(about 6-7 piece) came with rice and some spinach, peas and onion on top - $42. And the rice didn’t taste very well, I ended up just picking scallops and leaving all the rice aside. Oysters were delicious though, and while price was also high ($18 for a half dozen) , I’d pay for them again. They were fresh and full of flavor.

My wife and I celebrated our 40 Year Anniversary with dinner at Buckley's. Their staff greeted us with a big congratulations and a nice card signed by them. The food was delicious and very well seasoned. The steaks were so tender and perfectly cooked. Our server Joelle (Jo) made our evening perfect. She was very attentive and did not try to interrupt our special time together. She was very nice, always had a great smile and did an impeccable job taking care of us. Thank you Buckley's
