I’ve been a customer of Krispy Kreme for over 20 years and have been a customer of this particular franchise since 2015. Every single time I’ve visited this place I have always had a great experience. As much as I enjoy the limited-edition varieties (which are usually my favorite) the original glaze is ultimately amazing. The iced coffee drinks are also quite fantastic. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Can I just say I absolutely love Krispy Kreme‘s donuts… Our kids got their grades in and they did good and we stop by and they gave free donuts to all of our kids and we’re super nice and friendly. I love coming here and getting donuts as well just on a regular basis but I do love the fact that they are so community driven. They also have a new donut that has their special filling inside and it is like the glazed but with that filling and it is absolutely awesome!

Love Krispy Kreme donuts! So light and fluffy. No matter which store you go to, the quality is consistent. The store was very clean and the employees helpful. You can even watch some of the donut production in the lobby. A fun idea.

I sure don't get the hype. Super small donuts and all you can taste is the sugar in them. It's like eating a guey dough and their filling tastes like cheap filling right out of the can straight from grocery outlet. Yuck! Try pastry perfection if you want a real donut

My family and I visit this Krispy Kreme every time we travel to Boise and have always found it clean with plenty of seating. The kids love watching the donuts be made through the windows and reading the signs describing the process! We also love taking silly pictures with their famous paper hats!

Our Cub Scout pack had to see how Robots and Automation help us in everyday life. The team showed us the process and talked us through it from the lobby side. It was a great activity and the Scouts learned a lot. We also had some delicious donuts to boot.

We drove to Krispy Kreme and attempted to order what is listed on the website and the man kept stating we do not sell those donuts. It was insane. 90 percent of what we desired they do not sell and said their website is untrustworthy. I would say this is akin to going to a restaurant and being told they no longer serve 90% of the listed items on the menu.

When you order "Hot n Ready" as a special treat because the sign out front said they are hot n ready. You would think they would give you fug'n hot and ready. Nope not these inept workers. Find a better place and go to it. My 2 cents
