Quite simply the best Ribs I’ve ever tasted in my life!
On vacation from England touring the Deep South we stopped here for lunch before heading to Tupelo, what a great choice!
The aroma and the taste is linger in my memory I’m looking forward to returning on my next visit.

Let me tell you that this is some hardcore BBQ. It hits the spot and is super delicious. The restaurant is very much a dive, but in a good, nostalgic way that hits you in the feels and brings the experience screaming into a home run. The beef and pork are delicious. The portions excellent. The sauce is a spot on sweet and spicy blend that BBQ sauce should be. Definitely check this place out if you are in town. And you definitely don't need no teeth to eat this BBQ, as the sign says coming into the store.

Ribs were good and very smokey. I got the sauce on the side and only used a portion of it. It was tasty but the ribs didn't need much. Mac-n-cheese was also very good.

Collards and field peas were great. It looked to be a beloved place by locals, and we keyed on that from local reviews. You do need teeth to eat the ribs, contrary to the sign on the wall of the restaurant. They were good, though, but just not that tender. Good sauce. Nice people.

What can I say, I'm a Northern boy so I'm no expert on barbecue but damn was this good food. Really nice people. I ordered two meals, one for lunch and one for dinner because I was on the road. Oh my God it was all so good

This was first and last time dining here. The ribs had an ok smoked flavor, the Mac & cheese was just nasty, and the lima beans were dry. I also got a slice of the red velvet cake, it was dry and over priced. Worst food ever.

Ribs we’re burnt sides of field peas were horrible call to let them know he asked had I ever had beef ribs before I said I’m cook there supposed to with full flavor tender moist. I will never eat there again. Bad business horrible customer Service.
