Pizza Hut

Ordered the big pizza box online with 2 pizzas, pasta and breadsticks with sauce. Paid for the order to be delivered. We received our order without the dipping sauce for the bread. I called the restaurant and asked if it was supposed to be included, which they said it was. I asked if it could be sent out to us since it was their mistake. I was placed on hold for a long period of time (about 7 minutes according to my phone call time). They finally came back on the lone and said it would be delivered shortly. The delivery person arrived a short time later with a small container barely filled half way. Super disappointed that I waited for sauce that my family could only use for 2 and a half breadsticks. Easy to say I won't be giving my business to Pizza Hut anymore

I wasn't impressed with the customer service. It wasn't a very inviting atmosphere. Guy was eating a donut at the register, sorry sometimes I eat at work to..The lady was kind of rude and you would expect better customer service . I don't usually add any negative comments on anyone or on any site. Let me add that the young gentlemen that helped me complete my order thank you for a great experience and helping me get my buffalo wings wonderful interaction . I can't remember thier names but I want to thank you. Also, I would go back there the pizza was good 😊

The communication is horrible to say it lightly. I called in an order and what I picked up was simply not what I ordered and when asked I got a $3 refund for the toppings missing. They let me order it although they didn’t have it. Someone also saw I ordered two topping pizzas and said it was okay I get 1 and charge for 2. Manager needs to manage. Horrible service

Called to locate my order. Was told the driver said he didn’t receive a response from the home. Mind you I have cameras he never showed up here. I asked to speak to a manager and the person who refused to give his name said he was the manager stated that all he can do is remake the order and send it out as the first order. Now here we are waiting another 30-45 minutes for pizza. I am not happy. Never had this happen with this place and I will not be returning. Update: got the pizza and it was like warm. Had to microwave it. 0 stars

pizza hut really stepped their game up. with all the new crusts it’s very tasty 7/13/21 I’m not sure what happened however I’ve had back to back bad experiences. First I ordered a pizza late night (had delivered) the dough was raw. Never had I ever received a doughy pizza. It was late so I dealt with it next day. We were only able to eat the toppings..even that was fair at best. A few days later I talked to a guy and he gave me the amount I paid back. Well unfortunately the next order had no flavor! i have no idea what happened on that. Out of the four adults not one of us enjoyed any of it. It’s the first time I’ve thrown away almost two entire pizzas. Weeks later I was speaking to a gentleman about Pizza Hut and explained what transpired and he said he was the manager at one time of Merceds Pizza Hut and said with the raw dough pizza it sounded like they used old dough and tried to pass it on instead of having to mark it as “waste”. Well I did enjoy Pizza Hut for some decades however with back to back dissatisfaction I’ve closed the book on returning. I gave it two stars because of memories.
