La Hacienda 2

First time here,food was not too good. First plate was the taco beans and rice plate was hot chicken was real dry and had no flavor. The second plate was the enchilada with the beans and rice this plate was real cold and not what I was hoping for once again the chicken was dry and didn't have any flavor... The service was ok had to seat our self..But for the price of our meal at lunch time was way to expensive and for the portions that we got was not a good value.. Over all that was the first and last time we will be going to eat here....

I gave it a 3 stars because it is a nice clean place, friendly staff. But the food is more a 2 star totally bland no taste. I tried salt, pepper and even salsa to flavor the food, it just was that blah. My client agreed, didn't finish her plate, refused a to go box because of her food not having flavor either. If you guys owning the restaurant are reading this, PLEASE LEARN HOW TO HIRE A COOK! Buy spices and herbs for goodness sakes! Ot you are going to be going out of business soon.

I went and sat in the bar and had a wonderful meal and watched the warriors game a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm told they don't serve food in the bar on Friday and Saturday so I asked for chips and salsa they don't serve that either so I thought I would outsmart them and ask for a to-go order in the main restaurant they don't do to-go orders. Is this really a restaurant. They have a new manager and I can't imagine with these decisions that he'll be there very long. I will have to patronize other restaurants because I like to have a drink and I like the bar atmosphere and I liked it eat my dinner there and watch sports. I must say I felt very at home there and the staff was friendly, too bad I can't go again.

Good food, you do have to wait a while for your dinner. Took about 45 minutes until we received our dinner after we ordered. But they do keep those chip basket full while you are waiting. Update. Posted this a few years ago. And the speed of service has increased leaps and bounds. Great job. Lunch is at your table before you know it.
