We came here right after leaving Black Bear Diner where we were unable to find anyone to seat us.
This place is FANTASTIC!!! The prices are great, the people friendly, and the food tasty. We will be back when we are in the area. Thank you for making us feel at home.

This was a really nice place for lunch. I took my brothers here for lunch, my younger brother is autistic, and they were very kind to him. He can get a little loud and the waitress Thelma was very kind. The food was good too.

Their employees were very polite our food was delicious. Hat off to the chef. We were served our food right away the waitresses were very attentive and very nice. If you haven't been there do go there cuz the food was really excellent.

This place is fantastic. The food and service is great. They knew when we needed a refill and to-go-plate without us having to ask. I don't know why it took us so long to finally try this place. We don't try new places very much. We had the Texas Sandwhich and the Hobo Rib. Everything had flavor. The soup didn't just tastevegetables boiled vegetabkes. Union rings were done so good that even the batter had flavor (I usually find that fried batter just tastes like fried bread crumbs). I wish I could cook mushrooms and bellpepper that were that good.

Was in the area and wanted a good breakfast. Ask some locals and they had great things to say about Paul's Place. So we went, parking was packed so we thought there would be a wait. We walked in and immediately seated . Our server Jenny was great right from the start and excellent til the end. We are from out of town and definitely would be back if we are in the area. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. GREAT STAFF

Excelent! The soup was really homemade and fresh, fried calamari awesome! Great tartar sauce. Coffee fresh! Any time of the day you can get breakfast lunch or dinner. Prices are fair. My husband and I of course, say it is a delicious carrot cake. Thanks for the service. We have a very good time. Place and environment is taking care of us keeping social distance between tables. Clean restrooms. Not a busy place and they deserve more clientele. Believe in this review is sincere. Thanks!

Redoing the review that Google bonked.
This is a nice quaint and local restaurant with very good food and very good service. We had a couple sandwiches and one coffee and water. My Macho burger was excellent (although I may be less macho than I thought). My mother had The Back Packer (because we're Packer Backers AND it sounded good. She found the American cheese off-putting and would have asked for a different cheese had she thought about it. They were quite busy when we arrived but certainly not full. There was a short wait to be seated and then promises from different people letting us know they would be with us shortly. Quickly thereafter we had three different people take care of us and things were flowing well. Turns out it was a shift change and while I recognized it (late) they handled it REALLY well. It was as smooth a transition as could be had during a shift change. I would not call either of our dishes exemplary but they were good and we ate all of it so.... my mouth liked it.
One call out... The curly fries. They were well done, exactly the way I like them. But that's me. From what I hear the regular fries are thick. So you have your choice of essentially steak fries of curly q's. I've never been to a place that offers both and I think it's awesome. They should call that out on the menu.
Short story five stars.
I keep meaning to visit this place more and I'll leave more notes on items as I go and update where appropriate.

The Owner is wonderful and the people who work there are always friendly and efficient. They are packed all the time but still manage large parties and a full restaurant but ordering for pick up is also fast and easy ...the food is amazing. If you want something low calorie you can find it if you want a delicious sandwich or fantastic dinner like shrimp with mashed potatoes and lots of great salads. I love their chicken sandwich with honey Dijon and a green salad...my Mom loves the B.L.A.S.T sandwich and my sister loves their Spanish omelet with cottage cheese and fruit. My Dad liked the shrimp dinner. We always get Paul's place food and are always happy. It is becoming a tradition. Thank you Pauls Place!!!
