1st time to Memphis and this was the 1st restaurant we went to. I must say this is a hidden gem. It was right across from the hotel. Customer service was great. Very attentive and respectful. We got the boil food which was amazing to us . We are from Louisiana so we kinda know what it suppose to be like. It was so good we went back the next day. Wife couldn't wait for them to open. I also got the pasta and the seafood mac and cheese. Which i loved. Rich in flavor and was not dry. Plenty of food for the order. The service alone made us want to go back and to have good food on top of that was icing on the cake . Our experience here was wonderful and pleasant.

Visited here for Downtown dining week. First they were already out of an item that was supposed to be offered (fried pickles). Got crab cakes instead. Bit into it and it was frozen in the middle. The main course was blackened chicken Alfredo. This was decent. The dessert was bread pudding. It was actually burnt on the outside. After breaking off a piece, I bit into it and it was also frozen in the inside. Told the waitress, who was extremely nice, but she only offered a free dessert the next time I come which I doubt I will be back.

We went on a Friday night, and there were live musicians. Casey was a great server. The beignets were fantastic. Dinner was tasty also.

I went on a Friday night; picked up my carry-out order of Catfish, Mac and Cheese, and Fried Okra. It was seasoned well, the M&C was creamy, the okra was plentiful.

They have $2 margaritas every Friday. I ordered the frozen watermelon margarita and it was really good. The seafood pasta wasn't too appeasing but the catfish was delicious. Nonetheless, the customer service was great! Our waitress, Tiffany, did an amazing job. I will be back for the margaritas and great customer service.

If I could Reginas a 0 I would. I went last Saturday and ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo alone with the seafood pasta. Let's start with the gumbo. There was one sausage and no chicken. The taste was nothing of what I have come to expect of gumbo. I could have mixed gravy with rice and threw in one sausage. The seafood pasta was dried out and stiff with barely any seafood. It taste like grease. The customer service was lacking with me repeating my order to her three times and she mixing up what I said by telling me it's been a long day and someone called in sick. I don't care about your staffing issues and if it was the cook, I could tell by the disappointment of the food. I ordered to go and live to far to take back, otherwise I would have taken it all back. I hate wasting money on meals not worth it and customer service that's bad. Regina need to get it together or close shop. I would never recommend this place to any out of town clients, nor business meeting for lunch. I wouldn't recommend this place over McDonald's and I don't eat there either.

On-line the restaurant says it's open for business so I paid on Groupon based upon that...I drove to the place it has a closed sign..so I don't want to make another blank trip so I call over and over to no avail..so I'm wondering how can I receive service or my money back?? Plus I had to spend more time, gas and money because I still was hungry 😩
