I’m so happy we found smooth living restaurant while we was in town visiting Graceland. It’s conveniently close. The food was excellent and the Manager Tat (tatiana) had a great energy. Her personality was awesome. She came out and joked with us too. Overall if you are visiting Memphis, TN this is a great spot to enjoy food. I had to come back twice. I had the gentleman smoothie, chicken turmeric with fries. The next day I had the parmesan chicken wings.
The smoothies or delicious and I love their cake dessert. That shrimp salad delicious and I had mushroom egg roll.
I had this place for the first time I ordered the honey gold wings, season fries, and the hood rolls. This by far was some of the best wings, fries and rolls. The lady with the green short hair was very professional and nice to me and my family because we didn’t know what to order.She even suggested on what we should get on the menu. She did not disappoint us. Thank you! I would recommend this place. Hidden gem 💎 in Memphis TN.
Visiting Memphis. Had an amazing time and dinner at Smooth Living in Memphis, TN. I ordered the Salmon burger combo with fried green tomatoes, side of sautéed kale, and a tropical paradise smoothie. Also got an order of Veggie Hood rolls. Fried green tomatoes were fried well and seasoned to perfection. Gave a perfect bite on my salmon burger. Hood rolls were stuffed with a nice mix of veggies perfectly balanced in every way! Everything was super flavorful and absolutely delicious. Customer service was friendly, welcoming, and so amazing. Staff provided great recommendations and great vibes. Felt like we were dining with family in the best of ways! I can't wait to go again!

Wow! So glad my family stopped by Smooth Living while visiting from Dallas Tx!!! The hood rolls are to die for!! The smoothies are one of a kind !! The young lady at the register (Me-Me) was very friendly and explained the specials to us. Her energy is perfect for a thriving business.
I was passing through from Illinois to Mississippi and decided to stop and check this place out. It was convenient to the highway, had good reviews and an interesting and healthy menu. The neighborhood and shopping center was a bit of a cultural shock, just because it was different. But my family (3 teenagers, mom and dad) are sure glad we gave it a try. Everyone (employees and customers) were so so nice and the food was excellent. My personal favorite were the mushroom hood rolls and the gentleman's club smoothie. But we loved it all. So good. I suspect we'll stop baxk by when heading north!

The service is friendly and courteous. The food is fresh and cooked to order. Did I mention delicious with a healthy twist. The smoothies and chlorophyll water are to die for.
I walk with a cane, and they are always kind enough to carry my order to my car. Hats off to a wonderful team.
