The day I went everything was fine other than they put lettuce on my children's chicken sandwiches after I said no lettuce. They have special needs and are very picky eaters. However I had to return because they forgot something off my order. Some young lady working the front end bagging orders was going back and forth with a customer. Child if your manager and other coworkers are telling you to go to the back just do it. There is no need to lose your job going back and forth with the young man.

This place was clean and the food is good, the manager seems to run it way better than that nasty filthy Wendy's next to it lol. That Wendy's on Frayser is disgusting and needs to be shutdown! This BurgerKing was great 👍

Had to try the Whopper Melt. It was good. At first I didn't agree with them down playing the original Whopper..but, let's admit, the Whopper doesn't even taste the way it used too. I liked the Melt. I'd eat it again.

Using the mobile app: it seemed faster to faster to pull up, tell them I have a mobile app order, say my name get the food and pull off. The food was hot and no mistakes were made.😁

Food was very good, but before the last time my dad drove me there, they didn't listen to the order. And when we got home, something was missing. I love their food, but I just ask that they would pay a little more attention to what they're doing.
