Yo is by far the best yoga teacher I’ve ever encountered in my life. Her classes are truly amazing, and she’s genuinely a wonderful person. I relocated back to CA after 4 years in Memphis and a yoga class with Yo is on my to do list should I ever visit. Highly reccomend her studio for the practice and the vibe.
I love it. Each session is designed strengthen the core and develop that develop balance. I have going for over a year and enjoy the the live and virtual sessions.

New studio in midtown! Yo, the creator of Any Body Yoga, is a fabulous teacher with lots of experience to impart, which she does in a loving & fun way. Her classes are fused with not only a variety of intelligently sequenced yoga poses, but fantastic readings & themes for her classes.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogini, you will love it. You will leave feeling fully nourished physically as well as spiritually. There are a variety of wonderful and experienced teachers there also, something for everyone. The studio is clean, fresh, pretty and fully equipped with props and a flooring used in Yoga Journal. Anybody Yoga is a welcome, conveniently located addition to midtown.
Any Body Yoga is amazing! Yo lead a private yoga instruction for my after-school club, and she did an amazing job. She offered it through zoom, and was able to very clearly explain all the moves and position the children into the right positions just by verbal directions. In addition, she was so warm and funny. We had an amazing time, and the class was great!
Yo Clark is an amazing yoga teacher who truly loves what she does and pours all of herself into her classes. What I love the most about Yo's teachings is their incorporation of meditation and spirituality. She is genuinely interested in her students' physical, mental, and spiritual growth.
