The employees are always friendly, attentive and fast, and the food- quality is consistent. If you find yourself out and hungry late- night, Waffle House has got you!! The employees have always been soooooo nice and friendly, you feel like a regular on your first visit!

My spouse and I had a wonderful experience, server (Niecy was her name I think), and our food quality expectations were met. Our server was very patient with my beautiful indecisive female companion and was very grateful for her tip. My companion was shocked by the fact that the grits were well prepared to the point where she didn't have to add butter. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the lovely smell of waffles. Thanks for the professionalism. We look forward to coming back.

My family and I just left and we had excellent service . Shoutout to Angela she was so sweet and very patient. She had a wonderful attitude. Food was bomb as well. Everything was fresh amd quick. Good job

The night before there were some issues with service but I came back the next night and it was a whole lot better. The night manager, Sterling, was great and as well as the other staff working. I had just gotten off work and it was refreshing to have that kinda service at 3:30 a.m

We wanted to try another Waffle House after our regular one was a disappointment last time, so we chose this one. And it was a great experience! The restaurant was very clean- including the silverware! And I am very pickey with that... The food was great and our waitress Shanice one of the nicest in Memphis for sure!
So if you want to go to a Waffle House in the area, go to this one!

A bit cold inside brr! Bring a light jacket or sweater.
But great food! Staff funny and friendly. Lotta " regulars" so get here early to beat the crowd! I usually try to be here by 7 am no later than 8 am. Enjoy!

Was greeted by more than one employee as soon as we walked in. Fast service , food was great. Very nice experience. Much different than the waffle house at Sycamore View in Memphis.

It was the best waffle house experience I ever had. The waitress was very nice and courteous and the food was on point. I was able to relax and enjoy my food.

I like the way he made my hash brown. It's not easy to satisfy me because I like it extra crispy scattered on both sides and they always and they always get it Wrong. it was made over with a good attitude and he did it in the shape of a rectangle :-)

Sunshine & Shantel provided excellent customer service and Vince cooked an absolutely delicious breakfast for us!!! I will be back and I will definitely recommend them at this location!!! However, the lady manager could use an attitude adjustment as well as a course in hospitality!!!
