Mcdonald's

My review is based solely off of the morning crew and today's experience. AJ (female at the first window) was outstanding today and made my day with her bubbly personality, Ms. Jo (or Jones) is ALWAYS so pleasant at the 2nd window...and also want to shout out another young lady who normally works morning shift (brown skin with her nails always done) always great customer service. In a world full of people who don't value customer service, I really appreciate these 3 ladies for showing up and unknowingly being a blessing to others by simply being kind!!! It goes a long way and I hope this review reaches whomever it needs to so they will know.

Only visit McDonald's during breakfast time because of the chicken mcgriddle sandwich. The combination of flavors this sandwich offers have me going back several times a week. Not to mention when using the app I get discounted offers in purchasing this sandwich. Try one and you will be hooked. Also I use the points to get discounts on food and for a lower price to pay

This was one of my best experiences at this location. The person who took my order over the intercom was so polite. Young lady who took my payment was polite and Terry the young man who gave me my food was excellent. He was friendly, polite and professional! My food was very fresh. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

BUSY BUT IN AND OUT: like most typical restaurant locations near major intersections that don't have a lot of choices, this one was quite busy when I stopped in. Since I have come to recognize that this can be the case sometimes, rather than go through the drive through (my first choice when road tripping), I went inside to minimize my wait. The inside was clear at that moment except for a few people with the same idea I had, as most people were in the drive through line. Glad I went inside because I had the opportunity to converse with one of MPD's officers. He happened to stop in to grab lunch. The conversation was mostly about the pending holiday, careful driving over the road, and my observation of his wrist splint. I was getting my drink as he politely gave me a straw then headed off to eat. It's the little things that humanize us to each other. Wished him a good day and to take care of his arm as I hit the road. Being in a hurry can sometimes make you miss chance opportunities and judge people and places too harshly, especially if you are looking for perfection in this imperfect world.
