I Come here at least 3x a month for about 2 yrs for their double chocolate.
It's nice when you walk in and the person waiting on you Is kind and smiles back. I don't normally ever get a good vibe because 98% of the time they seem to hate their job and made to feel unwelcome.
Today I purposely look at the girls ID because she deserves a awesome review.

Great Icecream. Very clean. Not always the fastest sometimes there can be a 30-40min line especially at night.

Store has really gone down hill. Hours are terrible, staff is extremely green and there appears to be very limited supervision of seasoned staff members.

Brenda and her team are all wonderful! A pleasant experience every time we visit and not to mention that it's always delicious. Portions are lovely; location is always clean and aromatic, too, of course.

Why is it that everytime i go in here they have three people working but only one person taking orders inside. It seems like the line would go quicker if atleast two people where filling orders inside. Now if i was in that position were i had to fill all the orders and work the cash register by myself with two other people working and not really doing anything i would be upset, Most places I've worked usually put a lot of emphasis on teamwork meaning all the people work together to make the customers happy. I mean isnt that what
buisness is about making people want to come back. I'm sorry but this is a poor excuse on how to run a business and Personally if that was my business I would never put all the work on the one person.

I was so excited to see their German chocolate cake mix. It needs to get rid of the brownie and bring back chocolate cake batter. Was so much better when I had them make it before their version. Very slow service.
