I love this place! The steak sandwiches have my tastebuds dancing with joy! I plan on driving to the other side of town, every week to get a steak sandwiche! You gotta try it if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed!

I had never been to a steak escape before. I just moved recently to Toledo and finally decided to try it out today. I will definitely be returning very soon... The sandwich was fresh and delicious and those fries were amazing. Super friendly service as well. Highly recommend!

Staff were young...not very personable or attentive the manager was recieving friends or family and ignoring the drive through that was backed up into the parking lot out front.
I spent money on something new for my child that she disliked. The portion was poor for the price, and it was bland. I came back up to order something else and expressed that she did not like what we had just purchased and was not offered to make it right or replace it...they just charged me another 10 bucks for what was sub par at best. Steak Escape at the mall can take my money all day. This location will not see a penny of mine ever again.
