This location has yet to make a burger correct for any takeout order through their app or DoorDash. Attempts to get it corrected are ignored by both companies.
Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, remove the garden and sauces. Comes with garden, sauces, salad style bacon bits, no curds, and burnt to hell.
Quit trying to copy SmashBurger style beef patties, your meat isn’t fatty enough for any flavor to be left.

Went last night pretty late to get a take out after Another place “lost” my order. The cashier helping me was absolutely fantastic! A very positive attitude! I’ll definitely be stopping back again! Food was fantastic, a little pricey but that’s what you expect when you get good food!

Disappointed that I could not order my wings well done only because it was a buy one get one wing at 50%. I didn’t want the special and the dining room wasn’t at all busy. I am not going to run the risk of soggy skin or red/pink chicken. Guess I will have to find a new wing place when in Toledo for business ☹️

First off the person greeting me and retrieving my takeout order could be more pleasant. However, when I opened the box with my salad (which is a dollar upcharge) couldn't have been more unappealing. Almost all the lettuce was brown and couldn't/shouldn't be eaten. Terrible. I go here regularly, however this may be the last. How does something like that even pass out of a kitchen. I will think twice before I return. But kudos to the staff waiting on me not the kitchen staff (big fail)

Always good to have a visit to this place however this time I was really impressed due the taste of the French fries 🍟 😋 it was awesome 👌🏻. I normally order traditional wings here and I cannot be more delighted.

23.00$ for 20 wings............23.00$ for 20 wings. I will not go back for a long long long time. This is out of control. I am comfortable. I have as comfortable money/finance level. However I will not pay that. To me that is a slap in the face. You know how much food you could get for 23.00$ if you're smart with your money. A WHOLE LOT, BELIEVE IT OR NOT. A single mother could stretch 23.00$ for a whole week if she had to. If I told a single mother of 3..."Hey I just spent 23.00$ on 20 chicken wings," she would want to cry. And Buffalo Wild Wings is ok with charging 23.00$ for 20 wings. I spit on that. I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK UNLESS PRICES START CHANGING

Why I'm not a bartender or anything is vocabulary. Meaning u get everything sub par. Did have conversation with manager. Traditional wings are very different and was dealt with. That I appreciate. Timing and whatever was definitely a bust. More then the fact off I don't know what I'm doing but u are in service industry. So I'm trying to pay u money.
