Buffalo Wild Wings

We are very close to this location. The issue is the consistency. The large cheese curds seems to go from 20-40 curds depending on the day. If that’s a large I really can’t imagine what the small is. They also gave us boneless instead of bone in for part of our order. I picked this up and when I went in I wasn’t even acknowledged for 5 minutes. I am not a fan of chain restaurants but the one thing I do expect is consistency. Half the time I order I feel like I’m being ripped off on the cheese curds. I enjoy the wings and the curds but hate feeling like I’m being shorted on my order and I feel that way 50% of the time I order. Looks like going forward I’ll be trying wingstop unless they respond to me here and make things right.

I waited an additional hour for my order after allowing the appointed time for my order to be made all for my food to be cold. My fries were cold and overly salty. The lemon pepper wings were cold and all the lemon pepper was at the bottom of the box like they added it on as an afterthought. A complete waste of time and money unfortunately. Happy Holidays

Understand that your employees represent you, when in uniform and on the clock. With that being said, do better! It's a Saturday night, there are watch parties happening! Your employees should not be telling customers that "if they can't wait, then McDonald's is down the street" ever. No restaurant should ever be understaffed on a Saturday! Ever! Wings can be par cooked, and fries can be par cooked. Both can be finished once an order is placed, and still get to the customer while hot! There is absolutely no excuse for poor service. None.

I would give 0 stars. This place has gone downhill through the years. They were always out of certain beers so I haven't been in 4 years. It's First weekend of college football and the place is empty.. turns out they're only serving wings fries and fried pickles.. idk what it is about ppl talking a big hype about bdubs but this place isn't it.. the start of the biggest weekend for 6 months and you definitely dropped the ball. On top of that my beer was flat and I couldn't get a new one bc well bartender had to do more then 1 job.. there beer selection was low.. idk why or how this location hasn't closed down terrible corporate should get involved and change the place up before it's too late. I'll give it another 2 years before I'm back. Only positive thing is you can pay over the phone.. staff was yelling attitudes all around. The owner needs to give up this franchise or if he actually cared about his business and company do a complete shutdown and retrain the staff.. but there doesn't seem to be a care in the world

Poor service. I understand short staffing. But I am not the cause. The waitress had attitude with me because I asked why my 6 wings took 30 minutes. BTW she told me it was because I asked for my wings extra crispy. Not only were my wings NOT extra crispy, they were undercooked! Which is why I asked for extra crispy in the first place. I would avoid this restaurant until they can figure it out.

Came into the place tonight at 11 and ask the guy at the front if they were serving food and full menu. I was told yes and waited to be seated. I finally went to the bar and sat, half the beers were out of stock and ordered a beer I didn't really want. I asked for a menu and the bartender rolled her eyes. Then goes to tell me they are only serving fried apps and chicken only. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and he was professional but gave excuses of why he couldn't serve anything else. If they have a limited menu they need to post something on the door or website or tell the rest of the staff they have a limited menu. Don't plan on visiting this place anymore

Don’t end up being disappointed and go somewhere else. My fiends and I decided to come in this location to catch the games (March madness). We all regretted this decision. You couldn’t order hamburgers (the guy who cooks them went home(?) we were told). Also a bunch of other things we couldn’t order off the menu. Basically could only order wings and fries. Not even a salad. So ended up understanding all that because lots of places are short staffed these days. The thing that ending up making us all disappointed was when the wings showed up and ALL of our wings were COLD. We just couldn’t understand how being short staffed meant cold wings. There weren’t many people sitting down even in the middle of multiple games on for tourney and I think we all finally realized why at that point.
