Charbar 7

We love Char Bar. They do a great job. It's rare to find a place that cooks your burger correctly. I usually have the Leap Year (lettuce, tomato, bacon, garlic aoli and a fried egg). Wedge Salad is always a solid choice too. We like sitting at the bar and eating a leisurely dinner. Phil the bartender is great with suggestions and always good for a laugh.

With covid and all restaurants can be careless along with food and staff being below expectations. NOT here! I am very impressed with management, the staff, and the quality of their food despite all of the protocols . Picked up an order, was immediately taken care of, 3 other staff members asked if I was taken care while my first attendant was getting my order. Very clear signs pointing out social distance between booths and tables, and everyone seemed to be having a genuinely good time. The draft list looked very good as well with all locals and some good seasonal beers. Our burgers were perfect. Tots weren’t even soggy! Grateful for all the employees at CB for ensuring the protocols are being followed while still putting out a great product

Food was great, good draft beer selection to please most tastes. Our server, Jasmin, was SUPERB!! Extremely attentive and paid great attention to detail. Our drinks were never even half way empty, she made sure we had everything we needed and was so sweet!! Definitely going back! Fun atmosphere and they had our MLB game that we were not able to get at home. Thumbs up!

This was my first visit to a Charbar 7. We were greeted by Jennifer, our amazing waitress who went thru the menu very thoroughly and answered every question we had on the menu. She gave suggestions and even gave us small samples of toppings for.different menu items to ensure we liked what we had coming! So, I had the burger of the day, which was the No. 7 burger. Basically a smash burger, but so much better! Caramelized onions 2 delicious perfect cooked patties cheese pickles and their awesome 7 sauce. And my wife went for the cahrleston burger, which she absolutely loved! We split an order of the fried mushrooms, which were fried perfectly. My one suggestion would be to have other options listed of sauces to dip into instead of ranch. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful in everything. We will most definitely be back again!
