Wendy's

We stopped for a late lunch at around 3 pm. on Sat of the Memorial holiday weekend. We ordered kids meals and a double cheeseburger meal. Was told that there was no ranch dip for our fries, and have been out of kids meal toys for our last few visits. We're usually offered a cookie or ice cream cone to replace the toy, but not this visit. Wanted to eat in the playspace area, and all tables were dirty. We sat and ate at the cleanest one. We are regular customers usually once or twice weekly. Also disappointed that salads have been removed from menu.

Three stars...it's not that I had a "bad" experience at Wendy's, it was more like a monotone experience. It feels like an assembly line where I'm the part and they just want to get me through as quickly as possible and never see me again. I mean, to take my kids through and get basic stuff costs me enough that I at least want to feel like my business is appreciated.

Went through Dive thru Lobby was closed but ordered a sandwiches nuggets and was advised wanted hot and no bacon on sandwiches Their drive thru speaker was their excuse for not making without bacon had an allergic reaction called to get corrected was given a poor excuse but they did make the spicy nugget got and my sandwich remade with no bacon but manger seemed not even caring also didn't offer to give money back Lobby was closed so couldn't go into complain. Poor management but did make it partially correct but wont go back
