If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The wait is insanely long, the employees are in a completely different dimension it seems like. There are never enough people working... you literally wait for 20-30+ minutes or more depending on when you come. Someone needs to step in and take control of this location. It’s absolutely absurd. It’s one of the only fast food places in Marshalltown other than McDonald’s and Arby’s - meaning that it should step up and create customer service. There is NO customer service present here, my order is always wrong, and it’s always a huge inconvenience to the people working to fix it. There are 2 lines going... people parking and getting their orders in pieces... come on! This is incredibly insane. Hire better working people that actually want to provide customer service... and don’t work at the speed of a snail. I could go on and on for hours. Get it together.

Slowest location in the state. Last week I tried going for lunch, gave up and left the line to go somewhere else. Today it was 3 p.m. and still had a long wait. Nacho fries were cold and soggy. I think i got the bottom of the batch, because they looked to be breaded in seasoning. Probably 1/8" of just seasoning on them.

Got asked to pull around to wait for my order after they gave us our drinks which is fine. The Baja blast was watered down. When she gave us our order she only gave us one out of two chalupa boxes. We told her we ordered two then she tried to tell us we only paid for one, while walking away. I went inside only to get shooed out with her saying "I'm getting it, I'm getting it." She did apologize when she came out to give me the other box.

So not a surprise, but the food was horrible. I wanted to try the new wings and the fries. The wings had to of been made first thing in the morning, we were there around 2:30. They were disgusting. The fries would have been good if they were fresh. But again not a surprise that they weren't. My drink was flat. I mean it's like the people there really dont care.
