Pizza Ranch

I hadn't been to a Pizza Ranch for several years. I enjoyed this buffet style meal. It was fantastic! Everything was fresh and there was a variety of salads, Pizza & desert pizzas. The price was reasonable, unless you're not real hungry because it costs $12 per person for a buffet. I don't think they have other cheaper choices? I will definitely visit this restaurant again!! Just wanted to share how great of an experience we had at Pizza Ranch in Marshalltown! The food was amazing but our waiter truly made the experience the best. He went out of his way to be personable and made sure everyone in our party left with a smile. His name was Reece, I hope I spelled it correctly! Places need more people like these!!! 👍🏼

Looked at google maps said closes at 9pm, walked in at 8:02, at 8:04 someone came and said sorry we closed 5 minutes ago. Saw several pizzas on buffet and several people still eating, but was told we could only order for pick up. Said no thank you will just write a good review, and went to get better pizza anyway at Zenos, thanks pizza ranch for making us drive to get better piazza.

Nice place to eat. Food always tastes good. I love the fired chicken! People are friendly. I like how you can order whatever kinda pizza and they'll bring it to you. Ice cream is really good here too. I make root beer floats with it. I wish they had deals besides the rewards card. Like bogo or something. Because it can get expensive taking the family here.

I actually love pizza ranch, one of the best buffets in my opinion. Chicken is second to none and pizza is always good. I honestly should probably rate my experience less than 3 stars but I guess they are super short staffed and that's understandable. I was in line waiting to get chicken when a staff member came out and wiped down the buffet tables. There was plenty of mashed potatoes and gravy from all the customers who were sloppy that got spilled. The gentlemen cleaning the table in the best way I can describe it cleaned all of the old mashed potatoes and gravy right back into the new mashed potatoes and gravy. It was quite disgusting and obviously I decided to skip mashed potatoes and gravy that trip. I also mainly go there for chicken. I was actually excited that as soon as I got there a brand new pan was brought out. For some reason though the bottom of the chicken I took was absolutely soggy as could be. Like it had been sitting in a little bit of water for a good solid 5 minutes. Pizza ranch I love you, but I feel like there was absolutely no quality control at all this time.
