Three stars with a 4th for the outdoor seating. The food ranges from good to “meh”. So far, the wings and the Reuben are good, the chicken salad sandwich, Swiss Mushroom burger, and the bruschetta are “meh”.
One upside is the they do have Des Moines IPA from Confluence on tap!

Hands down, one of the best bar and grills! Delicious food and very attentive waitress. She brought over refills without asked, checked in enough but not persistently. We all left impressed, we will definitely be back!

I’m from out of town and we had dinner here. It was amazing I mean every thing we ordered was perfect!!! Grant the owner came over to our table and talked with us, Every one was polite great service, great food, great people!!! Next time I’m in town I’m going to add Calvin rockets to the list with Maid rite and Zeno’s!! And congratulations on the new baby!!

My family was traveling and decided to grab dinner predetermined to eat the food we seen online. The food was great. The service was horrendous. I’ve experienced staff to be conflicting, condescending, and rude. The host was a complete creep. He stared at me inappropriately and was leaning in on our table and was ease dropping in on us. I stole a sip of my Husbands drink and he came around the corner like I was a 15 year old girl trying to get drunk in his restaurant ! I’m 28 and was totally blown away at his passive aggressive attitude towards us.

Wife ordered a BLT Burger with house chips. I'll ordered the tenderloin and fries. The food was prepared awesome & the taste is out of this world 🌎 😋
