Noodle Bar

I ordered a regular size Traditional Pho which is like a meat combination, comes with rare slices beef/slices of briskets/beef tendons, beef tribes and meatballs!!! Alotta of meats cuts! BomB.com. Should have ordered a large. Also order chicken chow mei and spicy chicken wings to go. That was a no go for me. Sauce from the chicken wing was sweet not spicy and wasn't my taste but that's just me. Overall the Pho was BomB, just wish the chilli oil was spicier. I put 6 full scoops but then again that's just me lol.

Waited for several minutes at the counter to place an order. (The place is slow and not very busy). When someone finally came up very slowly they were incapable of finding Fried Chicken on the menu. They must be new. Five minutes another lady came to help her with the order I had to state order all over again. This lady was rude and condescending and she turns out to be Manager. They didn't apologize for their rude behavior or try to be courteous, even upon a call back later, trying to make it my fault for asking for chicken, wow. This is the third time I tried this to order from this place will very similar results. So sad, I mean how hard is it to be kind and courteous? I will not waste money on pricey food with rude condescending people. I recommend a new manager and staff, it's really not that hard to be kind.

I’m have always LOVED Noodle Bar and with moving to Utah I have never found a place that could beat how incredible there food taste!!! On my visit back home it was a must to stop at. Even with the pandemic going on they go beyond to serve you the best quality food. I believe I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. One of my favorites!!! Also, their boba drinks(not pictured) are definitely full of flavor and love that you can combine different flavors together.

I have ordered multiple dishes here on various visits and everything so far has been hot and fresh. The biggest drawback to this place is the limited seating inside and the high demand/visitation. If you aren't ordering out, you might be waiting for a while to be seated. Also, why order out at certain places? Food is an experience. It always tastes better in person and you don't end up generating 50 pounds of plastic waste (especially when getting Pho to go, it always comes in several plastic containers and baggies for just one meal)
