2016 jeep Cherokee sport. Got 40.00 gas got a mile dwn road started jerking and sputtering. Was fine until I filled up. When I confronted 7 '11 he blamed it on jeep being bought by fiat not bad gas. Took my jeep in and got a diagnostic Confirmed BAD GAS! Don't buy gas from this place

Out of the 3 7-elevens in Marina, this is the one I visit the LEAST. I literally will only go here if the other stores are out of what I’m looking for or I’m about to completely run out of gas. The products here are way overpriced compared to the millions of other 7-elevens out there. They don’t offer the same promos as the other stores and the staff is rarely friendly. I stopped by this store on 12/7/19 to see if it had changed. I bought gas and waited nearly 5 minutes in an empty store for the on duty clerk to finish his personal conversation before ringing me up. I’m done with this location.

This is one of the more expensive 7-Eleven's I've walked into. But that's not surprising given their proximity to the freeway ramp. But, they are also one of the best stocked. The coffee is always fresh, and if you happen to catch one of the few times it's not, just ask and they'll brew a fresh pot for you. The bathrooms are clean. It's a good pitstop on your way up or down highway 1.

Avoid this 7-eleven and drive down 1 mile south to the other 7-eleven on Del Monte Boulevard. Extremely bad customer service and non 7-eleven prices. What do I mean by that? This location doesn’t do the National 7-eleven promotions like hot dog and Big Gulp for $2+ nor are it’s prices the same as other nearby 7-elevens. They take advantage of European and non American tourists and raise the prices even double for some items. Worst 7-11 I’ve come across in the country in the last 10 years

No thank you. Stopped to get gas in the early Am, I commute to San Jose. Overpaid for gas on my card inside, didn't fit, I went back in and clerk said it went back to my credit card.. Not the case. whatever its 6 bucks. I had to stop again for gas on the way out a few times and continued to not have any receipt paper in any of the gas pumps (I alternated). I'm not coming inside to get it, you lost another customer.

I regularly have difficulty with their debit/credit card process at the pumps - they constantly over ride credit card selection and attempt to get PIN number input for Debit. The problem is customers are unprotected in PIN transactions, but can charge-back disputed Visa transactions, if there is fraud. When my my choice to pay with credit card is ignored and a PIN is requested this is shoddy business practice. Furthermore, it exposes patrons to card skimmers that may gather user input. They need to completely upgrade their old outdated banking apparatus at the pumps. They also need to accurately price tag their generally overpriced retail inventory. The rule at this 7-11 is if you don't see any price on a food item, then you won't be happy with the price when it broadsides your wallet in true price gouge fashion. This is a "gotcha" retail operation. On the up side, it is conveniently located next to the Walmart and highway 1, it has lots of room at the pumps and at the air and water station. Inside, the ATM is on the Co-Op network which services a few local and national credit union and bank accounts without a fee - be sure your bank account is a part of the Co-op network before usage without a service fee....
