Fun place for kids. Staff were visibly cleaning frequently, food was decently priced compared to other arcade like establishments. Staff was quick when asking for assistance. Games and food for a family of four was 60 bucks or less 👍

Changed so much since my daughter was little. You now buy play cards that are pretty expensive. The good deals of eating and playing combos are long gone. The place was clean and my nephew's liked the games. I would like it allot more if it was a better deal.

--Please Like my Review if helpful-- Really nice and clean Chuck E cheese. Pizza was decent and the games were up to date and a lot of fun. They were a little under staffed which led to 4 star service. Other chuck e chesses have a free area where kids could climb and wiggle this one did not. Games were pay to play only. We will definitely come back in the future but the Northtown Chuck E Cheese is our first choice for kid fun.

I love bringing my child to Chuck E Cheese, we prefer to go to this location. We've been to this location many times that some of the employees remember us, but we will not be coming back to this location again. It was sad that tonight had to be the worst experience that I have ever had anywhere. We are regulars there, we always buy the 45 minute play pass, which is what we bought tonight. After a few games, our game card would stop working. The first time that it had happened we brought it to the front, and the manager swiped the card, then held it to one of the games, showing us that it worked. Well... a few games later it stopped working again, so we went to the front again, had the manager fix it again... and a few games after that it had stopped working again. We showed two employees that the card did not work. We all tried pausing the card and reloading the card, nothing would work. They then brought it to the managers attention, and of course he denied that the card did not work. He accused us of not knowing how to swipe the card, but that is false because we have been there many times before, and never had similar situations or problems. After he said the card worked, he tried it on three games, gave us our card back, and left. One or two games later, it stopped working again... figures... with about 30 more minutes on it... we decided to leave. It just was not worth our time, and it was a waste of money. Again we are regulars, I don't understand why they couldn't have handled the situation more professionally. I do not know the managers name, but it was the gentlemen in a pink polo shirt. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else, it was really upsetting.

Horrible place, horrible food and now they even try to sell their recycled pizza as Pasquallys pizza. If you offer from Pasquallys it's coming from Chuck E. Cheese. Meaning the same building, same cooks and same pizza.

My wife and I brought my son to his friend's birthday party here. Perfect place for a bunch of five-year-olds to run around. They don't have tokens like I remember from when I was a kid so now you have to buy a card that works as a Game Pass. They are refillable which is cool but remember they go quick! I wish I had just purchased the highest amount to begin with because you go through them way too fast. I don't know if I would do a birthday party here cuz it's probably be insanely expensive but hanging out here at a birthday party was a ton of fun
