Good food. Already come to this place for Chinese food. Love the rewards program as it’s always rewarding! Employees are friendly and are always polite. I am soo happy the dining room is now open so I can enjoy my food in an awesome environment. The dining room is clean and always kept up. It’s always good to watch tv while eating Chinese food!! Keep up the good work at Leeann Chin!

I love Leeann Chins but my order today was very disappointing. A. Kids lemon chicken had no sauce so was dry and chicken had black parts on the crust. The potstickers were mush to the point of disintegration. Finally as they forgot the sauces I had to create something to make my dinner palatable. The fried rice was good.

I went to this location today 1/9/22 The food was good and fresh. The manager on the other hand made me extremely uncomfortable. He was very demanding towards his staff, in front of customers. I actually felt really bad for the staff. Orange chicken was out. The customer in front of me, me and the customer after me were all waiting on orange chicken. When the orange chicken came out he should of served and helped customers in order. The customer in front of me got hers then he proceeded to help the customer who came in after me as I’m standing waiting for my meal. I mentioned to him that I was also waiting and was ahead of them and he said to hang on he’s helping the customer. This is NOT good customer service.

Ordered curbside pickup and called to let them know we were outside. The person who picked up the phone pretended to be a robot/ automated system. Then they asked who the “victim” was. After I said”excuse you” they started talking like a person. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Pretty sure the person’s name is Daniel. Not coming back

Came on Wednesday at 5:45 pm and didn't expect such a dysfunctional staff and terrible service. 4 ladies working who seemed to care less that they are there to serve customers. Not busy at prime dinner time, but yet almost every portion was out, with just some scaps in each bowl. Terrible presentation and felt dirty. They were blunt and cold in their interaction with me and other customers. No welcome, no thank you and generally seemed annoyed that paying customers were there. Beyond no food being ready, the iced tea was empty. They clearly were not doing any prep to be ready or maintain the restaurant. If there was a supervisor here, they should no longer be working for Leeann Chin.
