Jamba Juice

Amazing service! The employees are very helpful and friendly. I highly suggest going here as the drinks are fantastic and the service is even better! A special thank you to the guy on the register on the evening of Saturday, December 4th who did an outstanding job! P.S. He had medium length (blonde?) hair, about 6 feet tall. Jamba, if you know who I'm talking about, this man deserves a raise 👌

I hadn't been to Jamba Juice in years, but stopped here on a whim with my daughter. I was thrilled to see all the dairy free smoothie options! I got a mango one on the recommendation of the sweet girls that were working tonight and it was so stinking delicious! My daughter got the strawberry one that has lime sherbet and absolutely loved it. I'm glad we stopped and I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Usually I don’t write reviews online, but I feel this is an important instance to address. Yesterday, March 13th, two of my friends and I decided to stop at the Maple Grove Jamba Juice location for some smoothies. There were signs posted everywhere signifying that there was only one blender available for use, so we should expect longer wait times. No one in the shop seemed to have any problem with this EXCEPT one of the employees working. I believe her name was Bella. She was extremely rude to customers and her coworkers. She would roll her eyes and loudly sigh when customers would ask questions. She was also yelling at her coworkers about how they were being slow and how they needed to figure out how to work on more than one smoothie at a time. She also loudly spoke about how there was less than an hour until the store closed and they needed to get ahead and start cleaning up. It made the environment very uncomfortable for both her coworkers and the customers in the shop. There were several moments where other customers and I would share uncomfortable glances and gestures about Bella’s words and actions. I understand customer service jobs can be very stressful at times, but I believe in this industry one needs to hold themselves accountable for how they present themselves and the company they represent. The actions displayed by this one employee ruined the experience for me, and I felt terribly for her two coworkers.

Me & my family have been doing smoothies for quite sometime now, this place was a definite perfect fit for us indeed.And I must admit we absolutely love this place and great thing is. It’s not to far of a drive, it’s always fast ordering, and organized team workers, most importantly awesome app rewards added. just simply Download it onto your phone. You could start saving. you rock jamba. We will definitely be on the loyal customers list.
