Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love popeyes so much, i really do enjoy the chicken but the problem is that the staff often forget sauces or biscuits and stuff like that so you have to pull around the drive through a second time. sometimes you have to wait to get fries or chicken because they have to make more and that’s okay but i did wait 20 minutes one time for a 3 piece tender and 2 sides. i still come here frequently but sometimes i wish things were smoother.

I eat here all the time, but if you have an issue, customer service is the worse. Purchased shrimp box, shrimp cold & broken, reheated in air fryer , but then the biscuit was like a brick, inedible. Called store, spoke to Jose & Jamal. management ...Want me to return the 5.00 box, I'm like r u kidding, all the money I spend there. Cust service is everything, I'll b going to Piscataway from now on!! Manville is horrible

Ordered through app for pick up, and clearly they have no idea what they are doing, in the app it is mentioned to go thru drive thru lane and say it’s an online order, but staff are like why are you in the drive thru if it’s a pick up order! Because that’s what is mentioned in the app, then went to pick up the order through the main door; when checked the order they missed the sandwich and asked for it, have to wait 10 more minutes to get it. They miss out sauces, and the taste of sandwich, butterfly shrimp, and signature chicken is very average. It’s better to opt for Chic Fil A. This is my first and last order at Popeyes.

So I came to this location 2 times. First time the man took my order and gave me a price and when I got to the window I re-read my order and he told me how he wasn’t listening and gave me a whole different total. I did let it slide. Figured maybe he was having a bad day. I don’t know. My next experience was last week and I ordered about 36-40$ worth of food. Now I get to the window and not only were they out of some of my Order, but they refused to give me any type of sauces for the type of chicken I ordered. Saying that they only give sauce for chicken tenders. I mention how much I just spent , also that they messed up my Order and if I could at least have 2 or 3 sauces anyways. So I asked for a refund. Being that they refused to give me any sauces for the 30+ $ worth of chicken I had just bought and they messed up my order. They were extremely rude. And the girl while hanging out the window all in my face; (with no mask on) I asked her for her managers name, she then stared at me and then turned around and asked him. So I said you don’t know your managers name? She ignored me ; then the manager refused to give me his name. While being extremely rude STILL. It makes no sense how rude the people are at this location. And how they refused to give me a refund being I didn’t like their customer service. And they ruined my order. I do not recommend anyone going to this location. Unless you want your ordered messed up and to be treated rudely and spoken to rudely. Terrible experience.
