Mcdonald's

The manager on duty did not know her job. I ordered a large frappe with extra whipped cream a mocha frappe, and my total was $8 and some chains I went back next day ordered a medium 406 for the same exact thing except I got a medium no way does it cost four more dollars to get a large. Very dissatisfied with this manager. Needless to say I did not pay $8 in change you almost lost me as a customer

please for the love of god don’t waste a second of your time here. probably the worst service my family has ever had. not only did we wait 40 mins for our food but when we received it only HALF the things we ordered were in there. we had to go up multiple times to ask for all the things that were missing in our order. we ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and they forgot the egg and cheese… i don’t even think they check the receipts. we could hear the manager yelling at all the employees over and over again. also when the lady handed me my coffee, she didn’t put the lid on all the way so HOT COFFEE spilt all over my hand and she DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE ??? i could go on and on, if there was an option to give them 0 stars, i would. i felt bad for the people walking in because i just wanted to tell them not to even bother ordering anything. there was another couple who waited over 30 mins just for a cup of coffee and they found out it was just sitting there and they never called it.there were plenty of other fast food options walking distance, you’d be much better off going to one of those places. literally the worst service ever!

Seriously, the best mcD’s we’ve ever tried! We’re “on the road” and had choices but saw that people seemed to favor the McDonalds. We got 2 Big Macs (1 was a special) and a basket of fries and drink. We pulled up and waited a few minutes for an employee to bring the order to us. She checked to make sure everything was correct and we decided to sit at the outside tables to eat. Fries were piping hot, burgers were delish! Happened to be there when the manager was interviewing and it was obvious he cares about his store. (We did not hear the conversation.) We also went inside before leaving and inside was very clean and organized—bathrooms, too. I’ve never been inspired to review a McDonalds before but certainly was today.

i used to work at this mcdonald’s a few months ago and honestly has to be the most unorganized place. workers getting yelled at by managers when the managers stand around on their phones. this one manager made a sandwich WITHOUT gloves and proceeded to put it in the bag and give it to a costumer. and anytime a costumer would complain they are missing something the managers would give them attitude. also a worker took a sip of someone’s frappe in drive thru and manager thought it was funny! this place is honestly the worst mcdonalds in the U.S. this place needs to be shut down, i’m surprised it’s not.
