Burger King

We have been to several fast food restaurants in the area in South Carolina. The pandemic has lasting effects on the fast food industry. Here the drive through was backed up, service was slow, we waited almost 30 mins with 6 cars ahead of us . One car got out of the line, then another behind us got out. The server was polite. They had no ketchup, but we were given a large drink instead of the small that usually comes with the 2 for 10 deal. Every place we went was short staff. Out of the food choices we wanted, or broken down ventilation systems. They are all suffering. Please Help! Be patient…. They are doing the best that that can.

Who owns this franchise? This guy is letting his general manager run it into the ground. This Burger King has never, and I do mean that quite literally, gotten my order right. I don’t review very often, but they constantly miss large pieces of an order, such as burgers, chicken nuggets, two orders of mozz sticks once. Hell, they forgot the nuggets on this ticket and charged me for Only Bacon ON A BACON KING. I don’t review on Google much, but I hope this reaches the right people.

Drive thru- What an absolute customer service nightmare. No exaggeration here.... It took 10 min to get my order taken AFTER I was at order board. I have 2 cars in front of me, now more, and its been 15 min with STILL 2 cars in front of me. How does this even happen? I get short staffed but this place is not! Not many customers inside either. 28 min.. still waiting

So disgusting! Came here for lunch today with my family and EVERYTHING was gross! I had a whopper jr, the bread was so dry and so sweet to the point I couldn’t eat it. My son had chicken nuggets, they were flat and tasteless. My boyfriend ordered a Texas double whopper with a large sweet tea. He received a normal double whopper - that was also disgusting and inedible. He took one sip of his tea and immediately regretted his decision. We were the only customers in the drive thru and still had to wait at least 5 minutes just to pay. This was honestly the worst fast food I’ve ever had. I completely understand why no one else was there at lunch time on a Saturday! What a waste of $18 🤮 I sincerely hope back in Manning gets it together, I also hope they clean their bathrooms!

Would give it a zero star if I could. Absolutely filthy store. Instead of cleaning up a spill, a cone was put up. Now, there were no other customers except us and employees were doing nothing. They actually stepped over paper that was on the floor instead of picking it up. No soap or towels in rest rooms, how do employees wash their hands? We had to ask for a cloth to clean our table. Every table was dirty and sticky.

Let me tell you about this BK new MATH and its ONLY practiced here! As seen in the pic is their menu board. In SMALL print it reads 'MIX OR MATCH FEATURED ENTREES 2 FOR $6 When asked to explain this I was told that it is BOGO for a $1 so if you purchase a $7 sandwich the next one is a $1, as explained to me by the manager. I asked about ordering the quarter pound king and told they do not have that and never had it. ITS ON YOUR MENU BOARD! This place is ok if you want slow service, staff who DO NOT KNOW what they offer, Create and Use NEW MATH, this is a FRANCHISE of BK so Corp BK TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THIS FRANCHISE ITS KILLING YOUR REP!

It’s a hit and miss, there is an older black gentleman that sometimes works the window and his attitude is amazing in the morning and he’s always very polite and ready for customers however anyone else here are very rude and ugly and have nasty attitude specially the morning crew if you hate your job find another one. I understand everywhere is short staffed due to the pandemic I am a small business owner I work hard for my money so when I go somewhere and spend it I expect great customer service! This place is a joke now
