I stopped in McDonalds at this location in Mankato, Minnesota tonight, craving ice cream. The speed of the drive thru was fast and friendly. I ordered a large icecream cone and it was huge. Joana was the server at the drive thru lane. She was very friendly. Good people skills. But it does take a team to be successful! I decided to do a review inside. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. It appeared they had enough staff to handle the rush. I give them credit for my food during lunch and I was back for dessert later in the day. I will be back in the future!

Great staff. Fast and awesome service. Best mcdonald's I've been to in a long time. It was lunch rush and team worked together to get all orders out efficiently.

went through the drive through, bought 6 egg mcmuffins for breakfast, they were all nasty. all burnt. the sausage was barley cooked, my egg was runny and all chopped up like a scrambled. not to mention the sprite was even nasty tasting.

This was terrible. Tables not cleaned still crumbs on. No condiments out, couldn't order the pop we wanted at the machine we had to order at. No body at counter, bad experience and will not go back. We do travel to Mankato frequently

This location no longer has a soda machine available to customers, or any employees available to take orders at the counter. McDonalds is becoming more automated every day. It's not a pleasant experience to go into anymore.

The fish sandwich is always good! Please don't ever change it. This location is always busy but the line moves fast.

Worse McDonald's out if every one I've EVER been too. First of all, found a hair on my quarter pounder , then Annette was rude, thinking she was a smart a$$ when I told her about the hair I found. And NO I'm not from the area. Food was burnt and fries dry. Yuck!!

Crispy chic sand: DRY!! No sauce of any kind. That's a big mistake! Hard to choke it down.
