The dining area is absolutely filthy. Even the walls have a layer of grime and food stuck to them. The whole place needs a deep cleaning and sanitizing. Dirty fingerprints on every surface. Disgusting. I'd be scared to know how bad the kitchen is. The food was not great either. Will not be back.

Usually have had a good experience here but learned the hard way today not to do delivery and just pick up. App said delivered 15 minutes before delivery actually happened. The phone number the app provided for the driver was an inactive phone number. Just seemed sketchy and either glitchy within the app or driver was saying delivered way before it actually happened. Not to mention the bag was ripped pretty bad when delivered. Just gonna pick up next time.

I usually enjoy Noodles, but this is not the best location. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of their dining space. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and a side Caesar salad. Brown, soggy lettuce and about the bites in the salad. Entree was overly sauced, but had good flavor and was a good portion size. I shared it with my partner. In a very convenient location in University Square.
