Chipotle Mexican Grill

My co-worker & I had lunch here recently. I had my heart set on a quesadilla - but no - the machine was out-of-order! Settled for grilled chicken salad, which was wonderful. We went to get drinks & they were out of ice & nothing to put in it. My co-worker wanted to eat in since she had ordered several times in the past couple months, but they kept forgetting to include the guacamole, but charged her for it! This happened more than twice! Food is great, but there are patterns emerging. B-.

I visit this location on in 4/ 18 around 2:06 p.m, First off the store look like garbage, kudos to the two employees that were actually working, and thanks for one of them for reminding the rest of the team that there's still work to be done. Employee wearing t-shirt and long sleeve the made direct eye contact and made no effort to greet. Instead went right back to having a conversation with other employee. The manager onshift was having a better time joking with employees on the back line versus getting his store put back together, food was okay they're out of almost everything, there's not been a good experience from this location at least the last three times I've been there by far the worst Chipotle in Madison . I encourage people to try other restaurants in the area or at least till this location is taken more seriously By corporate eyes! Literally shooting your franchise in the foot.

This location is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good, but 75% of the time something is off - usually its the chips are very greasy or the meat is overcooked and hard. I go to chipotle when I want something familiar, but this location is always an odd surprise. They also seem to get really backed up with online orders because there is always a crowd waiting by the table.

The individual who helped me was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked why there was not any of the ingredients that they normally had. He said ask my manager. He also needs to learn how to roll a burrito and understand that he is there to work and if he does not like it there then find a new job. The other staff was nice and courteous.

First time here since pre covid. There was definitely a wait to get through the line to the counter. The first server to start my order was very friendy,, but the next person to continue my order was definitely not friendly. Barely made eye contact with me, never uttered a word and genuinely looked like he'd rather have been anywhere than where he was. Very lackluster in putting together the rest of my to go bowl. Kind of just "slopped" everything together. Overall, everyone else was basically friendly and my burrito bowl was delicious. I'll still come back, just hoping that young man's demeanor improves by then.

Disappointing. Usually I get the Barbacoa because it’s spicy and flavorful. Today I got home and there was no flavor in any of the food. I’m not sure what’s going on but this location used to be better. I watched one employee cleaning the counter and the liquid from the rag go n the food. The staff was all friendly just seemed poorly trained.
