ZERO stars if I didn’t have to make a choice. Went in there to buy sandwiches for my team (a meeting). Had an order of 8 sandwiches- nothing crazy. When I walked in there was literally nobody else in line, and about 2-3 tables where people were dining. The first guy taking the initial order was pleasant enough. He mentioned they were just finishing up an online order. He started taking my order as I had a list I was working off of, when a “Manager” walked up and started helping him. I started getting confused with my order because they wanted me to tell them how many of each type of sandwich I had. I told them I was making my way down a list and I didn’t know for sure. The “Manager” (man in his possible 30’s), told me in a rude, annoyed tone of voice, that next time I should order online. I told him I don’t like ordering online, and that I prefer coming in and ordering it). He said to me “well, then we’re not going to be able to write all the names down on the sandwiches so you’re going to have to open them
all up and figure it out”. I stood there confused thinking that is literally their job. What is the difference if I am one person ordering 8 sandwiches, or 8 people ordering 1 sandwich? Would he have said to the 8 people that they would have been better off ordering online? Eventually as all the sandwiches were being by made the process felt uncomfortable, rushed, and unorganized. Like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer. I didn’t even waste my time putting toppings on anyones sandwiches because he just wanted me out of there. I spent over $70 on rushed, dry, topping-less sandwiches that I then had to take back and fondle all of them to figure out whose was whose. Wonderful idea when we’re still in the midst of a pandemic. Later that same day I took their survey, shared my story, and asked that I be contacted. That was 3 days ago- haven’t heard from their company yet. With the way things had gone up until this point, this isn’t surprising.

Tasty toasted subs and delicious shakes. The service is good to great and even friendly sometimes. I get the big wreck with everything on it almost every time. The key to the subs in my opinion is to ask them to go easy on the mayo, so that it doesn't all slip apart when you're eating it.

Great sandwiches! I think the place on the photo is wrong. But it's the right food!!!

Food was fine. Very overpriced for the amount of food that you actually get. It seems the draw is more that the quality of your sandwich makes up for the price, but in reality it doesn't. Something like $10-$12 for a 6 inch sub and chips. Was a great place to try once but not my go to place to eat. Restaurant atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Things were fairly clean too.

It's just a real good sandwich and you can't go wrong. Not the nicest potbelly location I have been to, they need to clean up the drink cooler and fix the other amenities, but it's a real good sandwich. I'm there for the sandwich. I love the voodoo chips.

The Mediterranean Sandwhich was very good on wheat bread. This place is lot like Quiznos. I got there at 6:30 and beat the rush that came in right around 7:00. Service was a bit slow though. Right on State Street so you can people watch.

Great inexpensive, tasty food while on State Street. On a freezing cold day, their soups are delicious. Wish it would have been there when I went to school. Great vegetable soup!
