Smashburger

This was my first visit. I wanted Five Guys but Smashburger is closer to my house, so I thought I'd give it a try. The picture might look good but the sandwich was horrible! It had too much salt or the grill was dirty, the toppings were not fresh, I asked for light mustard but it had so much I had to scape it off. Long story short... It was an hour before closing so I am not sure if that's the reason for the taste. I made it home and I could not finish my burger. I headed back out and went to Five Guys. I was going to call the next day for a refund but I felt it wasn't worth the trouble. I know better next time.

Ordered online 1 hour before pick up time. Get to the restaurant, no food is ready, no one knows what is going on , no one knows where our food is, cashier left register to go to the restroom with a line of people of waiting. We waited for an additional 20 minutes to find out our food was sitting under a light waiting for us to come! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service! Very disorganized, and we are very disappointed. We will not be back!
