Subway

I stopped there today to pick up lunch for my mom. there was a young girl at the counter refilling all the food bins. She NEVER acknowledged that I was there, so I spoke to her 1st. No Response!!!!! there was another lady there putting bread in the oven. She looked right at me and NEVER spoke. I just stood there to see actually how long it was going to take for me to get waited on. Mind you... I was the ONLY customer in the store. I turned around & actually picked up 2 bags of chips and continued to stand there. At this point, 5min had gone by. I politely turned around, put the chips back & walked out. no one ever bothered to stop me or come outside to ask if there was a problem. Another lady had pulled up when I was in my vehicle. I stopped her & warned her NOT to go in due to their LACK OF customer service. luckily, she left too. This was my 1st time going in there, will definitely be my last.

Kids can’t run a store and neither can Melissa. How can you guys have a manager on Duty that doesn’t even know who the Gm is? The store couldn’t locate my order but than suddenly found it. No apologies!! And when they began preparing my food it looked disgusting. Spinach wilted, bread not cooked in oven enough. Bread was white smh. Beyond disappointed and will never eat there again. Save yourself and head over to the Memorial Avenue location and let them take care of you!! I drove another 30 minutes so that location could fix my order. Was worth the drive!!

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and I was patient because I saw other customers inside. All the customers were gone and no one spoke or acknowledged I was there. So me and and my toddler went inside and the lady is making a sandwich for someone not in the building. I asked her if the drive thru was open and she was like yeah but there’s only 2 of us with an attitude Anyway she asks me what I want and I say , well my daughter wants a pizza and she went off to do that . Didn’t say or ask anything else and she was standing by the register saying my pizza is down here . And I told her I had more to my order and she had more of an attitude. Her friend came in , I’m assuming to go on break and they were snickering and gossiping . The sandwich was poorly made and I’m pretty sure this is the worse subway in the area .

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and was given 2 different bags with half the sandwich in one bag and half the sandwich in the other. I was handed the sandwich and was told "it is messy because there was so much on the sandwich".... it was chicken, bacon, ranch, spinach, onion and tomato. I took it to my husband on his lunch break and this is what it looked like when it was opened up. I honestly can't believe they served this to a customer... I've worked at Subway before and we weren't allowed to give the customer something like this. I won't be back.

If I could give no stars I would! Terrible service! Walked in and had to wait for them to finish their conversation before I was acknowledged. I got a large soda cherry Coca-Cola and had no syrup. I realize this once I got back to my work and didn’t have time to go back. I’m eating the cookies which she put six cookies in one bag and I my coworker post a hair out of the bag! Red hair! The same color as the girl that looked right at me when I walked in and kept continuing to talk. I worked at subway before and never was this acceptable.
