I’ve had only great experiences at this location thus far. The food is always fresh, my order is always correct, the staff is nice. These things make a difference in a business being successful. I really like this location.

Yesterday, I went to the Culver's on 12 mile near John R(near the Home Depot). I had not been here in months, so I was excited to get the fish again. Unfortunately, I got a carryout of the 3 piece fish platter(actually 2, one for my son too). The fish was so bland and void of any seasoning! I was very disappointed. The onion rings were good, nice & soft.
However, my excitement was the anticipation of having the fish again, and Culver's let me down!

Best customer service! Friendly staff! I went to 2 other Culver’s that wouldn’t take my corporate coupon sent via email and this is place not only took my coupon but provided excellent customer service!! Best Culver’s by far!!

I've been going here for years and have never had a problem! This restaurant has delicious burgers and amazing custard. I always love going here because or both the butterburger and their custard. They have very unique flavors for their flavors of the day.

The worst chocolate malted I have ever had. The color was light beige, it did not taste of chocolate or any other flavor and I could not taste the malted. I’ve had malted from Culver’s before and this was just a disappointment. Plus when I called and expressed the above the girl that I was speaking to hung up on me. Shame on you!

I always get the naked burger with everything or the chicken sandwich. Also thier onion rings or French fries are very good to. Oh and don't forget the milk shakes, so good

this establishment is a joke they do not follow any health code laws watched employees touch raw meat with bare hands cross contaminating every thing with out washing there hand. gloves are not seen in this place at all while handling any food. They even have staff pretending to be managers when they are not and they do not treat handicap customers well. ordered food from here and left with food poisoning
