I usually stop in here once or twice a year when I'm passing through. Clean shop, and the staff member who waited on me was eager to have me sample something, or help me check out.
I wound up with two bags, a Movie Theater flavor and, for the first time, a Strawberry Lemonade flavor. The Movie Theater flavor is a staple for me there, and I'm really enjoying the Strawberry Lemonade. Great selection of flavors overall.
The staff member helping me thanked me for coming in and said he appreciates me making his store one of my stops. Now that's customer service!
Incredible customer service! I stopped in the other day to grab some dill pickle popcorn and was sad to see they were all out. Alex offered to make me some that instant. I was unable to wait, but he promised some would be made the next day.
I stopped in the following afternoon and he had not only remembered, but stopped by my car to say thank you for coming back, and proceeded to give my daughter a slice of fudge.

The store was clean well stocked very welcoming. As soon as you walked in could smell wonderful smells of popcorn! We stood staring at all the flavors we weren't sure which we were wanting to buy as so many sounded great. The staff offered us samples which all of them we're delicious we settled on getting Dill pickle, kettle corn and Parmesan Garlic then threw in a movie theater as well. All the flavors we tried were great but the kettle corn might have been the best I've ever had! The movie theater is amazing as well! But the parmesan garlic is soooo good it's hard to stop eating it! I can't wait to make a trip back try more flavors!

One of the Best Popcorn Shops in the USA, Only place I have ever seen or had Sour Patch popcorn, which is the best flavor. I travel 4+ hours just for my popcorn fix. I also have many clients or friends pick it up for me while they are there. Best customer service and freshest popcorn. You want great popcorn its a must stop. Stays fresh for a long time if closed up in the bags. And you now can order it online its perfect I can have it all the time now. A++ Business for sure. 😄🍿🙃We used to stop on the way across the bridge camp for a week and eat it then stop again on the way home for a bag to eat on the way home and more for the weeks after we get home. Only popcorn ill eat.
I have always been a fan of the Popcorn Factory. But unfortunately my last few times in Mackinaw city. I feel like the popcorn has more of a color dye flavor than the actual flavor in the popcorn. I had several people say the cotton candy popcorn taste like the food coloring more than the cotton candy 😟 less coloring more flavor.. But still a fan. I'll Just have to pick a different flavor next time.
Lots of fun popcorn flavors to choose from. They have a flavor for every pallete. They also have some other things to choose from but lets be honest, I am there for the popcorn! LOL That being said, the popcorn and the flavors are all pretty darn good. Reviews on what we got... the carmel and peanut popcorn could use a few more peanuts if you are going to upcharge for it, the fruit salad flavor had a strange bitter taste at the end I thought was a bit unappealing and will no longer get that flavor. The dill pickle and the garlic parm, were both really good! The downfall comes when you get to the register. They are a little overpriced for what you get so use your better judgement here. $7 for a little bag of popcorn is a bit excessive but it is what it is, your on vacation right? LOL
