A delightful throwback to 80s Chinese cuisine, when the best Chinese restaurants looked French and the menu reflected it in the prices. The service is prompt if not warm and the view of the stream is lovely. The general tsos chicken is white meat fried in a gentle sauce. The fried rice tastes smokey, the sign of a deft hand with a wok. I hear they do a Sunday brunch and it seems like the sort of thing to bring out of town guests to.
Best wonton soup ever!. Joey Chiu's has the best wonton soup I have ever eaten.

Cute little bruncher'aunt. Loved the Shrimp Tempura! And the shrimp lo mein...great! Their fries too! Very authentic sushi too.
Best brunch in Baltimore. We have been going to Joey Chiu's for years and still think it is the best brunch in town. The buffet has American - omelettes made to order, bacon, French toast, etc. - Jewish - bagels, cream cheese, lox, blintzes - Chinese - Chinese - Orange Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Chicken Cashew Nuts, Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Lo Mein, Szechuan String Bean - also Sushi Roll - plus salads and desserts. One of the best tiramisu in Baltimore. Their prix fixe $25 includes taxes and tips and you are greeted with your choice of champagne, Mimosa and bloody Mary. Be warned - this is a favorite place for family celebrations (wedding showers, birthdays, etc.) so make reservations in advance. There is ample free parking. http://www.joeychiurestaurant.com/

Joey Chiu's is a staple for me as far as Chinese Cuisine. My daughter chose the Father/Daughter dinner spot this night and we were both very happy with the service and the quality of food was fantastic per usual.
Food is good, the bar area is small and seems like it's always full so if you want a bar experience I would say arrive as soon as the doors open. The sushi is awesome and the entree portions are plentiful. Bartenders are always engaging. I love this place, its a place that has a lot of "regulars", it's a good time.
I highly recommend and we will be back. Enjoyed an evening with cousins. Had a delicious glass of Sauvignon Blanc and entree - shrimp lo mein. Shrimp were jumbo and the dish was very flavorful. I only needed a dash of soy sauce. The rating could have easily been 5 stars if my cousin’s burger was cooked well as requested and if it didn’t take a noticeably long time to get our food.
Perfect sushi sake lunchtime getaway on a fall day. The sushi is the freshest and best around! Lots of variety. Prompt, professional, service.
Pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and openness of the restaurant. I wasn’t such a quality setup behind a strip mall. Excellent food. Service level needs to improve a bit to get five stars.
