Soooo we ordered 3 pizzas tonight and honestly i’ll let these pictures speak for themselves.
1. The food said ready on app and it took 15 minutes after that for it to be actually ready.
2. We called to let them know, and the phone didn’t work. No one picked up.

45 minutes after placing our delivery order we got a call that there was no driver to deliver our pizza and they asked if we wanted to pick it up. I had an office full of people waiting for lunch. If they had called right away it would have been much easier to make different arrangements as we did not have time to go out to lunch and had a hungry group that had to wait even longer for us to call another pizza shop for a new order.

I ordered my pizza THREE HOURS ago. I get hung up on every time I call the store. I paid $40 for one pizza and it still hasn’t been delivered. I live less than 5 minutes away from the store. *edit- I drove to the store, because no one will answer the phone, arriving 3 and a half hours after I ordered my pizza. They offered to refund me (but shorted me by $7 I had to then ask for). Still no pizza. She could see my order and said I could sit and wait another 20 minutes for her to make it!! No thanks.

This last order was phenomenal! The edge pizza is amazing and really should stick around. My girlfriend and I have had issues with receiving incorrect orders from this location in the past, but the food quality and service yesterday was great. If this keeps up, I will strongly agree with recommending this location in the future.

The pizza I ordered was excellent and as I expected. However, I ordered fries with my pizza and they are the reason for my rating. The fries were very soggy, what few there were.... I would think that an order of French fries would be a full order and not half an order, and should be cooked a little more. I will commend Pizza Hut on the taste of the fries tho, they tasted pretty good.... Just not enough and soggy...

Overall I like Pizza Hut. Yesterday our pizza arrived about an hour after we placed the order. The Pizza Hut is only 4 blocks away from my location. When we went to eat the pie it was a little more than warm and was not cooked completely through. The crust was doughy and chewy. We were pretty hungry at that point and did not want to reorder another pizza.

The Pizza was barely warm. The crust was thick and chewy...almost stretchy. I ate 1/2 the pizza because I was hungry, but tossed the other half. The taste was too much to take...and not in a good way. Unusual experience for this store, but it happened.

We ordered online. The employee who assisted us was completely full of positivity and super helpful when we called in about a special request for our order that could not be handled by the website. The order came out exactly as we expected it, on time, hot, and fresh. We could not have asked for better service. Complete polar opposite experience from the Pizza Hut further north on York Rd. Thank you so much!
