3 stars because the sandwich was good. But the staff wasn’t welcoming. We weren’t greeted at the door. And the older Indian lady was rude, didn’t give me time to look at the menu. She threw my sandwich down. And then when older male was checking me out, she stood there giving me dirty looks. Staff needs to be nicer. If you don’t like your job get a new one. I’m just saying.

It is a decent eatery in a nice and safe neighborhood. The members of staff are personable, professional, and service-oriented. The Subway @ 1407 York Road, Lutherville, MD; with sizeable parking lot servicing the mall, is situated in a really close to 695. It has my endorsement.

This is one of my favorite spots while I'm at work. I'm always greeted with a smile that's how my day is going. The food is always fresh made exactly to order. If they can offer you a deal that you don't know about they will bring it to your attention. This is a great location.

Stopped in today to grab a sandwich there was a couple in front of me and a lady walking around the store with her kid..got in line to order and after the couple was done the went on to the young lady now albeit she was in their first but there was no indication as if she was inline , waiting or food or anything.

fast, friendly, fresh food. only complaint is that they NEVER have ketchup. I go hear, maybe, once per month if not more. each time i've gone since i moved to the area in OCT 2015, they have not once had ketchup. sometimes there are packets but most of the time there is NO ketchup. that said, these people are so wonderful and efficient that i CANNOT take off a star for a missing condiment. i'll keep going here for quite some time.
