Bagel Works Incorporated

This review is just for the bagels, but the menu is much more than that. I'm still partial to other bagel joints in the area, but this place is a solid runner up. Bonus points for creative bagel flavors like Old Bay! More importantly, what I saw of the hot breakfast is tempting me to come back for some pancakes and potatoes.

Food was good, or at least what I got of it. The issue was mostly the waiter, he barely got one thing correct. -I ordered coffee never got it -Left halfway through taking my friends order -Never brought toast for either of the items we ordered with it -Stopped back as he gave us the check to make sure everything was ok.. -Was constantly confused over what we ordered All we could do is laugh all the way through breakfast at how pathetic the experience was.

I am so disappointed. I wanted a bagel with cream cheese but what I got was a cashier who after handling several dollars and coins began sorting bagels with the same bare hands. Then a cook who also handled my bagel with bare hands and after scratching his scalp continued to touch my bagel. I was soo shocked i couldnt even ask for my money back. $2.97 down the drain... I threw the bagel away and drove a few blocks to dunkin donuts where not only did the server wear gloves but she refused to touch anything else until after she wrapped my food....and it was .50 cheaper Bagel works...Never again!
