Dunkin'

I just wanted to take a moment to praise the gentleman working by himself today. I go to dunkin often and he is always so sweet. When I pulled up to the window today he told me no one showed up for work and he was trying his best. He was so nice and kept a smile on his face. My drink was wonderful and so was my husband's. You did great and I hope everyone was patient and kind with you today

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for a Oreo cappuccino blast. They gave me a caramel frozen coffee. I went to the door and asked them to remake it said it taste like a caramel frozen coffee they tried to tell me they don’t have caramel for coffee! That’s a lie. She went back inside threw the cup down and started to yell pointing at me. All I asked for was redo because it was the exact same as my boyfriends drink. Not what I ordered. Horrible customer service. I asked for the managers name she she refused to give it me too. All she had to do was remake the drink the right way not throw a fit.

I have given them 3 chances to improve and this last visit was it for me. On my first visit I wanted a Chocolate milkshake and was told it would be 10 minutes to make..I am like umm okay should not take that long. Well it was 30 minutes before I got the milkshake and when i got it the cup lid was not on tight and it was dripping down the sides. On my 2nd visit I again wanted a chocolate milkshake and was told to pull around and then was told that they were out of chocolate ice cream, how in the world can you be out of chocolate ice cream when that is a very popular flavor..then this past saturday night my daughter wanted a milkshake at 715 pm and was told that they were cleaning the blenders for the night and could not get a milkshake..it is 715 pm you close at 8pm there should be no reason to clean them that early and lose business like that ..yea i know you want to get out of there at 8pm when you close but geez you all need to think about your customers as well..needless to say Flotzies got our business

Located in front of the Walmart. It's a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbins combined. Place is very clean and friendly. They have free wifi and delicious coffee, food and of course donuts. All the employees are really friendly and helpful. We did both done in and the drive thru. Both times there were no wait times and very good service.
