After reading the good reviews, I decided to order a small cake for my husband’s birthday from this bakery. It is a peanut butter chocolate cake, and it is SO GOOD! Very moist and decadent cake, and the frosting is so peanut-buttery and perfect — my husband and I were practically licking our plates. The customer service was also great, everyone was so nice! Highly recommend.

I have no idea how the food is, yet, but the owner in there was so friendly! We arrived late afternoon and the display cases were quite empty, but he let us get a couple Southern Comfort Strawberry Danish from the fridge that were for tomorrow’s offerings! How “sweet!”

Stopped in late in the day, not much left in the cases, but got a delicious quiche and moist muffin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go there again.

Fresh baked pastries, muffins that melt in your mouth, French-pressed coffee, quiche, frittata, fresh baked bread and more. Great way to start a day in Luray VA. Good server and a pleasure to meet and talk with the chef-owner. Highly recommend !!

What a great surprise was this little place. We stopped to go to the restaurant across the street but it was closed. We ended up sitting in this cute place eating an out of this planet watermelon gazpacho (mind blowing) and a creamy delicious crab/corn quiche 🤯🤯🤯. It was like a gem in the most unexpected place!

Mainstreet Bakery catered for our wedding on Saturday May 22nd. The food was absolutely amazing. Being out of town, we had no idea which caterer to pick and we honestly found them on a whim and I am so glad we chose this caterer. Everybody was super friendly, communicated well, and the food was delicious. The guests loved it and so did we. I wish I got our wedding cake through them as well. Thank you guys so much!

We stumbled upon this place looking for some breakfast when everything else was closed. One bite into that ham and cheddar quiche, and we were OVER THE MOON that everything else was closed. Do yourself a favor - get the ham and cheddar quiche and the banana muffin. The muffin has a hint of orange zest that hits the right spot. My only regret is not getting a whole quiche pie to go!
