Burger King

I ordered the 2 for 5 option with a Big King and a quarter pounder. The Big King had one meat patty and a ton of the sauce. That was all inside the buns. This burger is supposed to be 2 meat Patties and 2 slices of cheese. I don’t expect much at Burger King but I called anyways and they told me to come back at my earliest convenience for a Big King on them. I drove further than I should’ve to come back. When I arrived they told me that my name wasn’t on their list and they couldn’t give me the burger I was told to come back and pick up. I will not be back to this location. They were also very short staffed so I waited about 15 minutes just to be told this information.

First, this was the absolute slowest fast-food experience I have ever had, AND I ordered ahead from the app, plus there were no cars ahead of me. I ordered the new spicy Ch'King and received a regular. I called, drove back, and picked up the "spicy"..This is how much spicy sauce they put on it. A drop. And no pickles.. Definitely not worth my gas light coming on to go back. All of the employees but one were just goofing off and did not seem to care one bit about working. They even talked about having only had one person there who knew how to make a milkshake.

The order taker was rude. Took orders then pulled them around to the parking lot. Never gave a receipt even though she said she did (which apparently was vital to getting the right order). She threw mine away when I asked for a ranch. Left with the wrong order after waiting for 15 minutes in the parking lot.

Burger King is quickly becoming a thing of the past in my book. Ordered a simple breakfast and the biscuits were burned and dried out. I took the food ro the front and they said they were out of biscuits. The girl had an attitude from hell. She told me to wait bc she was busy. Not sure why I didn't bring ALL the food to the front and demand my money back...maybe bc I was shopping for a vehicle and didn't want to start my day messed up. Burger King needs to get their act together, the people have always sucked at this particular location, not sure why. The cook came out to apologize after we ate the replacement, which is why I give them a star. Otherwise it would be zero stars. They need to close this place up. People just don't want to work anymore, they show and take it out on the customer. In case you're wondering, I didn't leave without expressing my disdain, not that it made any difference to them.

I came from a very tiring duty at the hospital so I decided to have breakfast at this branch. My husband was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes already and NO ONE was there to assist us even if they already saw that someone is already there. When my husband decided to leave, someone (wearing a black shirt) went to the counter. I asked her if they are already open and she replied in a very sarcastic way “I think so coz the door is open”. I told her oh okay coz we were here for more than 5 minutes and then walked out. We moved to McDonald’s instead.

Pulled up at the drive thru at around 11:30a. It didn't appear to be busy as I was the only one in the drive thru. I waited to speak to someone to take my order before I pulled up to the window. Was told after waiting 5 minutes "welcome to burger king, I'll be right with you." Continued to wait another 5 minutes before I pulled out of there. As im leaving, I heard and saw an employee stick her head out of the window saying "sonic" as if I had changed my mind to get a burger somewhere else. Found it quite comical really.
