Got a hurricane smoothie and it was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly too, nice spot.

Would not recommend. The girl who cashed us out added herself a tip. we found this out when we asked why the price was so high. She stated the prices changed. We the for the receipt and she said the machine was broken but we demanded one. Then her manager came and said it was out of paper and replaced it. When we looked at the receipt she indeed added a tip to the order. Her and her manager stated “it wasn’t even a big deal” . We called corporate but they covered up and said “no, they just haven’t been trained properly”.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR Money.

The staff is just so horrible. So rude and unhelpful. Extremely apathetic. Good look dining inside and then even acknowledging you or taking your order. I wouldn't go back here if it was the only restaurant in town

Lubbock is so spoiled to have this healthier fast food option. I'm visiting from Carlsbad New Mexico and we NEED a Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I would come here every day if I could. Delicious!

Great place for a smoothie! So many choices and varieties. Immune blast has fruit and vitamins. Taste great! Inside is always clean and tidy. They have flatbreads, wraps and sandwiches. Staff is friendly and fast. They have a drive-thru. They have a tropical smoothie app to add a credit card for easy payment and a rewards program.

Let me start by saying I’ve never been here before. I was trying to pay with the app Moocho which they don’t offer anymore. I went in to order because the drive-thru line was long. I also had questions about the smoothies. Upon ordering, I asked the employee taking my order what his favorite was which helped me narrow down my decision. I ordered the kiwi quencher and it tasted like frozen ice with no flavor whatsoever. Wasn’t there suppose to be non-fat yogurt in it? I didn’t want to take it back in and tell them terrible this was. I suppose I’ll go home and try to doctor it up myself using my blender. In my opinion, it was a total waste of $6. If I wanted a snow cone I would’ve gone to Bahama Bucks.

This place is terrible. Second time I've been here, waited in a line with no one in it while all 6 employees ignored me and didn't take my order. Amazing how bad the service here. Im telling everyone know, to not go here.

Went into the dining room. I was the only one in line. I stood there for 10 MINUTES and no now even acknowledged me. There was 6 or 7 employees back there that had absolutely no clue what they were doing and they didn't even acknowledge me. Zero stars
