Great food. Want to thank all the crew today 5/11/22 at 3:20-3:30pm. They got me taken care of when i forgot to ask for no cheese on my burritos and replacing them. Keep up good work.

Were traveling back home from Midland and stopped to get a bite to eat. The food was really good and they gave my husband and I enough to fill us up. However, when I went to the restroom it was awful. The smell of raw sewer hit me in the face. As soon as I opened the door. My husband warned me before I went, because he said the men's was just like that to. Although I went in the restroom anyway I couldn't use it. The toilet seat was not sanitary at all to sit on.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I have had some pretty bad experiences at this location. First, the burritos I ordered were $0.50 more than the listed price online. I got two so I paid more than a dollar more (with tax) than I planned to spend when I studied the menu before coming. Next, I was trying to redeem my birthday reward. The person taking my order first told me that they don't have apple burritos right now. Then he said he would get it straightened out at the window. I thought he was just confused and thought they didn't sell them during breakfast time. I checked the online menu again to confirm that it was listed on the menu for breakfast and not just for lunch. Well, at the window, the employee presses the button to redeem my birthday reward and then proceeded to tell me that they don't sell apple burritos anymore. He told me I could have an apple empanada or cinnamon sticks or something. At that point, he asked me if that's okay. I said, "Well, you didn't leave me any choice. You already redeemed it." They need to fix their online menu to reflect their current menu and prices. If I had known ahead of time that I could not get the dessert I intended to get, I would have saved the reward and given it to somebody who would want it like a friend or family member. Then, they had me pull up and wait for my order, presumably so that they could fry the empanada that I didn't even want. When I received my order, the two burritos were only lukewarm and the hash browns were completely cold, stale, and obviously not fresh. I told the employee that they were "sh*t" and obviously not fresh. He just muttered something like "okay, sir" or something and then walked back inside. It was not immediately clear if he was going to do something about it or not. I waited just in case. Eventually, a manager came out. She was extremely rude from the very beginning. She said she was going to need me to give her the hash browns in my bag. I asked her if that meant that she was going to replace them. She very condescendingly said that she needed the item back if she was going to replace it. I told her that perhaps she could have started by telling me that she intended to replace them or by answering my question when I asked her if that was her intent. She offered no greeting, no apology, and did not make any attempt to ask me any questions about my experience or why I was frustrated. Because the entire experience had been so awful already and the manager was obviously extremely rude, unprofessional, inexperienced, and incapable of handling the situation, I told her that I would just leave and that I would contact the owner instead because the entire experience had been awful. Besides, by the time they cook fresh hash browns, my two lukewarm burritos were going to be just as cold as the first hashbrowns were. I could not afford to wait and let them sit and get even worse. She got even more rude and went off about telling her owner and her manager about the experience. I don't know what she intended to tell them. Is she intending to tell them that she's awful at her job and that she couldn't handle a simple situation? That is probably what she should tell them. So, when all was said and done, I had inedible hash browns, two lukewarm burritos, and an empanada that I did not even want. Happy Birthday to me. (The empanada was alright, by the way. It was not half as good as the apple burritos were but it was alright.)

Two tacos and a burrito, as good as expected, just like every other time I stop by. Always friendly staff, no matter who greets me at the counter. Always thanked and invited back as I am leaving. This one is usually cleaner than any others I go to in town. The only bad thing this trip was that there was no ice in the drink station, but they got me ice right quick. Food was ready before I stepped away to get my drink.

It was good. Not the same Taco Villa as the Midland and Odessa area. Almost the same menu.
