Honestly, the first time ever I had any issues with Chick-Fil-A. I got the completely wrong order, I didn't check at the drive thru and it is CFA and they're known for having the correct order. I got home and was really shocked that this was not what I had ordered. The "sprite" tasted like Mineral Water. Very disappointed.

Chick-fil-A had never disappointed until today. Why even bother asking if I wanted large fries if all I was getting was a large box and half the fries. I'm a fatty and I like my fries!

Always greeted with a smiling face that is happy to serve you. From ordering to getting your food, the time is swift and very structured. I know the next time I go to this location I won't have to wait long and it won't displace my day in any way!

Food here is very tasty. Food price was a bit high but worth the price. The place was large and is able to accommodate all who were there. I observed ther was a long line of vehicles but they were served in a expedite manner. The place was busy with people ordering out. Staff were very kind. They answered all question. There was somebody always there to clean tables. The place was very clean. This has been my 3rd time here and I find the food, staff, and service remarkable! 😋 I plan to come here more often.

I absolutely love this chic fil a! I was having the worst day and stopped by for a brownie, the sweet lady in the window handed me a cookie as well. That cookie was so warm, and so delicious, I forgot I was even upset before I stopped by. She probably won’t see this but if you do, thank you so much. The simple kind act of a warm cookie saved me a little today. I love this store again thank you for everything you do.

Already love going to Chick-fil-A no matter where we are. This is our usual spot in Lubbock to stop in the way home. Tonight they didn't ring up my order right which I found it when I called them. The person that answered was very helpful and is going to replace some items for me in our next visit.

I went to Chick-fil-A on University I have never had problems everybody has always been so nice and sweet and helpful on 5 -9 12 :00 pm when placing my order I asked if I call redeem my points She replied by saying twice that she’d have to redo the whole order and if I had any points ?? I then I showed her that I did half points 1140 points So I just told her that’s fine never mind then I went to Megan to check out and pay I let her know that I was wanting Redeemed my points and she was so nice and helped me to redeemed my points
